Yesterday at the ASOS Spring/Summer 2016 press day, it was announced that ASOS would be launching their own bridal range. The online fashion website has become a powerhouse since its conception, becoming the go-to online shop for all your fashion needs. From brands to their own collections, ASOS have gone from strength to strength and it doesn’t look like they have any plans to slow down. Whilst there are no official images to show you just yet, Vogue have released a few sneak-peak photos to keep us going until next year. It is thought that the ASOS bridal range will be affordable and fashionable, with a whole outfit aimed at costing just £400, a bargain compared to many other bridal boutiques. The range will feature designs new and old, from short, skater dresses to traditional high neck, long sleeved pieces, with the most expensive dress costing a mere £250. An interesting venture for ASOS, it’s not every day you get an online fashion brand launching their own bridal range, particularly one that is so affordable and stylish. There is no doubt that there will be a huge buzz around the launch, with people dying to see the unique collection. The website already has their own line of bridesmaid and guest dresses so although it’s unusual, it’s not surprising that they decided to take the next step. The collection will be launched in April next year, just in time for wedding season.
