In a newly published list according to The Times newspaper, Brighton has just been announced as one of the most exciting new neighbourhoods in the UK to move to.

The postcode BN1 is considered to be one of the 12 neighbourhoods in the country that is an up and coming location that people maybe aren’t aware of, yet should be if they are on the lookout to relocate somewhere new.

Listed by the publication alongside Brighton were destinations in counties such as Somerset, Devon, Nottingham, Lancashire and Northumberland.

The recognition of Brighton is that it is a recognised location for many, however it has lacked the appeal it once had for a number of years now.

However, there has been many new developments and regeneration has begun in major areas such as BN1 where the likes of the new Soho House private members club is new soon set to open with its late night alcohol application and significant selling points such as an open air plunge pool which now continues to provide an upturn to the postcode.

The location also plays home to the likes of popular eatery Due South and cocktail bar Burnt Orange, with a not well known addition being the Realto Theatre, an Art Deco inspired bar which also has the flexibility of functioning as a wedding venue.

The promotion of BN1 also highlights other popular locations in the city, such as the postcode BN3 which last year was listed as the most valuable postcode in the entire country outside of London.

This and possibly other developments were due to the emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic, which led many who lived in major towns and cities to look more rurally to relocate for both health and personal reasons, giving new pockets of wealth to many destinations across the country.
