Brighton’s transfer policy is one of great interest to many in the English Premier League due to the fact that the low cost yet effective recruitment has given the club great success in recent years.

Players like Tariq Lamptey, Yves Bissouma and Alexis Mac Allister are all shining examples of players who have come in at little to some expense, but who will sell for much more in the future providing an exceptional profit for the club.

Last summer’s sale of Ben White to Arsenal for £50 million after being picked up by the seagulls academy scouts is a prime example of the clubs ability to find the next generations of talent and develop them into future stars.

It looks very likely like January may be the next influx of talent to the club after the strong suggestion of two new bright prospects that could very much be making their way to the AMEX stadium.

The first is believed to be very close, with the expected capture of Charlton Athletic’s youth goalkeeper James Beadle.

Beadle is 17 years of age, and has represented England at both under 15’s and under 18’s level with his club having tried extremely hard to convince him to sign a professional contract before agreeing a six figure deal.

Brighton possess a large number of young goalkeepers all fighting to make the grade, so there will be intense competition from day one, meaning Beadle must be highly thought of in order to be worth increasing those recruitment figures.

The other possible recruit is a much more competitive deal, with Liverpool also believed to be attempting to secure his services.

18 year old midfielder Kacper Kozlowski is one of Poland’s most promising prospects who has featured regularly in the top flight for Pogon Szczecin, scoring three goals and providing four assists in 15 appearances.

He also has six caps for the Polish national side, with many of his own teammates seeing his future lying overseas.

Kozlowski would be Albion’s third polish player, joining compatriots Jakob Moder and Michal Karbownik in a team filled with international experience.

While nothing is confirmed, journalists have speculated that a deal may be close, and the reported £8 million price would suggest that should he move on, the pattern of developing and profiting on young future stars is only set to continue in Brighton.
