When it comes to food, it’s always easy to choose the fast option between spending hours in the kitchen or going to a cheap take away to get everything ready in less than ten minutes; but fast food options are not always healthy, and the time required to put together a decent healthy meal is often an excuse to indulge in process foods not good neither for your body – nor for your waistline!
But there is something that is actually extremely healthy, and yes, faster than a home delivery: juicing.

According to Jason Vale, who use suffer from obesity and several diseases but managed to clean his body with juicing, vegetables and fruit juices represent the ultimate fast food that everyone can try to improve their lifestyle and health conditions with: let’s see some of his simple but effective advices.
How to trick your body to stop craving processed and junk food? By filling it with huge amounts of highly nutrient food (vegetables and fruits, especially green leaves vegetables). But how to fit into your diet such a vast quantity of vegetables without spending too much time in thinking about new recipes and ways to make it taste better? Easy peasy, juice them up! Add in loads of fruits, like strawberries and apples to make it taste sweeter, or rely on citrus and mint for a bitter and refreshing taste, for a much savory taste, go for carrots and beetroots; juices can be tailored to everyone’s taste with just a bit of imagination.
Juicing allows to eat up to big quantities of vegetables in a very short amount of time; and while the nutrients will make your body happy and full, the low amount of calorie will provide you with a pleasant and fast weight loss. Also, juice allows you to absorb nutrients straightaway from raw whole foods, without cooking them, with the consequent loss of vitamins. One way to start is trying a three-day detox using juices as meal replacement, in order to see how your body is responding: you can have a glimpse of the results in documentaries such as ‘Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead’ and ‘Hungry for Change’.
