One of the worst things about Brighton is the food. Bear with me as I explain. You get into the city center, you’re hungry, where do you eat? There are so many choices it’s very easy to become too overwhelmed with the amount of gorgeous food on offer that you end up escaping to Pret. There is so much to eat in Brighton there is a good chance you’re missing some unsung heroes, and Brighton Food Tours understand that, which is why they’ve introduced their V.I.B Food Tour.

The V.I.B Food Tour (Very Independent Brighton, obviously) is ‘a celebration of independent Brighton – packed with eclectic sights and tastes from the unique makers to the unsung heroes of Brighton’s indy food & drink scene’. Over the course of three hours you will visit off-the-beaten-track street food stalls, meet food industry revolutionaries and hear talks about sustainable food systems. The tour stops off at around ten different hotspots with tasters at most places giving you ample opportunity to try some of the best food Brighton has to offer.

The price of the tour includes all food and drink tastings plus a discount card for participating establishments, should you wish to make purchases at a later date. Brighton is bursting at the seams with incredible restaurants and stalls and everything in between so this tour is the perfect opportunity to explore the many hidden gems Brighton has to offer. You can follow Brighton Food Tours on Twitter and can find out more about the tour here.
