After months of auditions, the six chair challenge and a series of live shows, the X Factor Final will take place at Wembley Arena over this weekend and what a show it’s gearing up to be, with an impressive list of guest appearances announced ahead of Sunday’s eagerly anticipated finale.

The show’s final three acts Louisa Johnson, Ché Chesterman and Reggie n’ Bollie will battle it out for the X Factor crown, beginning on Saturday evening where each act will perform twice before one act loses their place in the competition and the remaining two progress into Sunday’s final showdown.

Alongside the show’s podium finishers, a range of high profile artists will perform over the weekend including the show’s very own One Direction, Chris Martin’s Coldplay and multi-award winning singer Adele, whose most recent album ‘25’ became the fastest selling album in UK chart history.

The trio of performances will take place on Sunday night’s show, with duets from Ben Haenow and Leonna Lewis as well as Little Mix and Fleur East complimenting the singing contest on Saturday evening.

The selection of these performers is a bold statement for British music, celebrating the accomplishments of these world famous artists and appreciating the show’s conveyor belt of successful entertainers.

Consistent feedback from Simon Cowell and his panel of judges has ensured 17-year-old Louisa Johnson enters the weekend as hot favourite to win the show, but now the competition is completely out of their hands, it will be entirely down to the public to decide who’s victorious come late Sunday evening.

Reggie n’ Bollie have been this season’s surprise package and alongside Johnson, remain the only other act to avoid a sing-off throughout the course of the competition so far. Their ‘marmite’ performances that are fun and flamboyant have offered something different to this year’s contest and the exciting pair have every chance of winning the show in London this weekend.

The X Factor’s final competitor Ché Chesterman has done it the hard way, competing in two sing-offs on his way to Saturday’s penultimate show. The 19-year-old is an outside bet to win the show despite his stunning voice and string of classy performances. It is obvious Chesterman has struggled to capture the same level of attention his heavily followed opponents have attracted throughout the course of the show and this could well be the difference on Saturday evening.

The eagerly awaited duets that light up the stage most years are yet to be announced, however the songs that all three acts will be singing have been revealed and perhaps offer a clue as to who will be joining them on stage.

Louisa will be signing Christina Aguilera’s ‘Fighter’ as well as R Kelly’s Space Jam track ‘I Believe I Can Fly’.

Reggie n’ Bollie will perform Kriss Kross’ ‘Jump’ and Spice Girls hit ‘Spice Up Your life’ mixed with ‘Boom Boom Boom’ by the Outhere Brothers.

And finally, Ché will take on Phil Collins’ well-known ‘In The Air Tonight’ and Mark Ronson and the late Amy Winehouse’s ‘Valerie’.

In true X Factor style, expect there to be twists and turns as the drama unfolds over the weekend. The winner of this year’s competition will be chosen Sunday night but first of all, feast your eyes on a star-studded line up of entertainment that precedes the show’s dramatic climax.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
