After two awe-inspiring sell-out gigs in London, Richard Hawley is coming to Brighton Dome this weekend. Standing tickets are sold out but there’s still a chance to grab yourself a seat and rock and roll your way into the weekend.

Dad La Soul Rap Workshop + Lego Making + Toy Fixing for Dads and kids @ Platf9orm
Dad La Soul is a grassroots movement tackling social isolation for dads. This Saturday they are hosting a fun, interactive, sociable event. This event is for dads, stepdads, grandads and male carers who want to hang out with their kids and meet some cool people.

Brighton Early Music Festival @ Friends Meeting House
Saturday is the introduction day for BREMF and the 2019 theme: Metamorphosis. Talks, live music, discussions, meet the artists and hear previews of the festival events at the Friends Meeting House this Saturday.

Brighton Girl Coffee @ Marwoods
Join the Brighton Girl community for a coffee and a chat this Sunday at Brighton’s beloved Marwoods. Brighton Girl works towards helping all girls feel more at home in this wonderful city. Whether you’ve moved here yesterday or lived here forever, all are welcome.

Introduction to Seas Swimming Taster @ Hove Lawns Cafe
Feeling bold?! This 2 hour session will provide an informative introduction to wild swimming. This will involve a 45 minute talk on the beach about sea conditions and safety and a sea swim accompanied by an Open Water Swimming Coach. Go on, dip a toe in!
