We took advantage of the Friday bank holiday to visit The Yellow Book steampunk pub - which has featured on our site before a number of times - and where our sources had told us that 'steampunk rap superstar' and infamous Brightonian chap-hop artiste Professor Elemental (above and shortly to be featured)...
People were completely mashed at Pryzm last Saturday night (19th March), with a variety of house music being pumped from the huge speakers into all the smiley faces of the happy clubbers: Feature image by Scott Mains.
A colourful band of drag kings filled the Marlborough Theatre on Prince's Street in Brighton last Friday night to witness the glory of the second of three rounds of the only King of the Fringe event in the UK. The Joker showcased four of Brighton's prominent bands last Thursday night, and they all gave a good account of themselves in front of a full house.
