Plain White T’s @ The Haunt, Monday 27th May

This five-piece band consisting of Tom Higgenson, Tim Lopez, Dave Trio, De’Mar Hamilton and Mike Retondo play a fitting blend of pop, rock, folk with warming melodies. Having initiated in Chicago, U.S. They’re on their way here for bank holiday Monday. You may know them best for their absolute love anthem ‘Hey There Delilah’.

Warm Drag @ The Green Door Store, Tuesday 28th May

Warm drag warp the boundaries between genres with the seductive vocals of vivacious Vashti Windish and the man of many rhythms Paul Quattrone. Windish’s voice guides us through an electrifying daydream whilst Quattrone behind two Akai MPC 1000 samplers provides every percussive beat you could dream of. Music has never been sexier with this wacky and wonderful duo.

Dazed & Confused: The Hidden + Ferral Youth + Hesh @ The Hope and Ruin, Friday 31st May

A night of rock/punk/grunge indulgence is coming our way with a trio of fresh and fierce bands. Italian heavy indie garage rock band The Hidden will be launching their EP. Supporting is Brighton’s own fuzzy dream pop Feral Youth and BALL-BREAKING NEO-PYSCH POWER-PUNK (in their words) Hesh will finish off this ground-shaking line up.

Back at The Hope and Ruin to stoke up your Saturday is kick-ass dynamic duo Pearl Harts. These women know how to rile up a crowd with blues-driven rock, heated and heavy drums and powerful guitar riffs. Gutxi & The Velvet Starship, Lime and Charlie Moss will also be taking to the stage for a night of pure magnetism.

Wooden Shjips @ The Haunt, Sunday 2nd June

Here to (arguably) mellow out your Sunday night , Wooden Shjips take us back to the 60’s with garage band- influenced psychadelia. Their spacey rock and progressive spirit have been compared to the likes of The Velvet Underground, Suicide and The Doors.
