Festival fashion has officially become a trend in itself as Hailey Baldwin has teamed up with high street fashion powerhouse H&M for an exclusive Coachella line. Coachella is one of the biggest festivals in the world, and it’s definitely the most fashionable. A-listers flock to the desert to hear some of the greatest musicians of our time whilst drinking cocktails and lounging about in the sun, quite different to the British festival experience, but there we go. Coachella is almost as well known for its fashion as it is for it’s constantly stellar line up and each day is essentially a fashion show in itself.
The line will debut online and in store on March 24th and has a distinctly seventies vibe. Due to the constantly gorgeous weather, there is much more scope to go full boho (you can’t quite pull off the boho look in a parka and wellies). When talking about Coachella, Baldwin said “I’m not a big festival person, but Coachella is a must for me. I’m excited to see Skrillex and Diplo” and whilst Baldwin might be a rookie festival go-er, she has a few commandments that we will definitely be sticking to this year:
- A good pair of jean shorts are always a must for me
- Always be comfortable – ’cause you’re running around and dancing and it’s usually really hot, so if I’m not comfortable it kind of ruins it.
- Flower crowns are burnt out
Hear that? That’s the sound of thousands of flower crowns being thrown in the bin.
