Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, 134 minutes (PG)
The first ever standalone Star Wars movie stars Felicty Jones and is helmed by Godzilla director Gareth Edwards. It tells a group of unlikely heroes who band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.

The Eagle Huntress, 90 minutes (U)
This captivating documentary presents the real-life story of a 13-year-old Mongolian girl named Aisholpan attempting to be the first female eagle hunter in her country. Narrated by The Force Awakens star Daisy Ridley, The Eagle Huntress has received rave reviews with The New York Times writing that, “In form and content, this is a movie that expands your sense of what is possible. A girl can hunt with an eagle. A camera can fly.”

Moana, 113 minutes (PG)
Disney’s latest animated movie starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Hawaiian princess Moana (by Auli’I Cravalho) lives on Motunni Island in Polynesia and hails from a long line of navigators. When her family is threatened by an evil lava witch, feisty and brave Moana takes to the high seas in order to discover the secrets that will help save them. Along the way she is accompanied by demi-god Maui (Dwayne Johnson) and very soon, a voyage of discovery begins during which time the plucky princess will learn to prove herself to her people. With a single-minded and contemporary heroine at the centre of the story, all-star vocal work from Fast and Furious star Johnson and beautifully wondrous animation, Disney’s latest family treat promises to take animated movies to new heights.

Eddie Redmayne seeks magical creatures in the first part of an amazing new Harry Potter spin-off series.
It’s 1926, and ‘Magizoologist’ Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) arrives in New York City for a meeting with the Magical Congress of the United States of America. He doesn’t arrive alone, however – in his magical suitcase live a menagerie of dangerous creatures. But when the beasts escape, officials from the Magical Congress send the wizarding authorities after Newt, as the peaceful relationship between magic people and Muggles comes under threat.

When uptight corporate CEO Carol Vanstone (Jennifer Aniston) attempts to shut down the business of her party-loving brother Clay (T.J. Miller), he realises there’s only one way to save the day. Yes, he must throw an epically boozy Christmas knees-up in order to impress an important client and thereby secure his company’s future.
The season of goodwill gets a cheeky and anarchic twist in this ensemble comedy from Blades of Glory filmmakers Josh Gordon and Will Speck. Among the A-list comedy line-up are Horrible Bosses star Jason Bateman, Saturday Night Live’s Kate McKinnon and 22 Jump Street’s Jillian Bell. The debut feature script is from Harry Enfield and Have I Got News For You writer Laura Solon.
