Sheffield superstar and Lord Mayor Magid Magid will be coming to Brighton on Wednesday 27th February to talk about all things politics and upcoming elections.
The British-Somali politician will be speaking to Green Party members and supporters about the importance of voting Green in the elections taking place in May 2019.
Magid Magid, who was elected Mayor of Sheffield in May 2018, will also be sharing his journey into politics. When conferred this title, he expressed his interest in modernising this position.

The Mayor certainly kept his promise, as his inaugural photos went viral: with Dr Martens on his feet and an unusual pose, he introduced himself as a very unconventional Mayor and not only because of his young age.
The 29-year-old came in the UK as a refugee in 1994, aged five. He was first elected as a Green Party Councillor, and then went on to become Deputy Lord Mayor of Sheffield.
An evening with Magid Magid will take place at the Community Centre in Queens Road from 7:30PM. You can confirm your attendance on the Action Network website.
