Brighton Big Screen is taking a break from showing the Euros to screen the latest Star Wars episode, The Force Awakens. The screening starts at 16:30 with tickets starting at £3.

Brighton Open Air Theatre are bringing Droll and Folly’s Shakespeare In A Day. The idea of the day is to make a performance of a Shakespeare class from the page to play in no time at all. There is live stand-up comedy this weekend at the Barnstomers Comedy Club.

Barnstormers Comic Club is hosting a comedy night featuring ten comedians. Perfect for anyone looking for a night out this Saturday, the cabaret style evening features a number of comics as well as a MC. This month’s line-up features Troy Hawke, Mary Bourke and Paul Thorne, compered by Kevin Precious. Tickets start at £13.50 in advance and can be gotten from here.

Peter Pan: A Musical Adventure is coming to London Road in this adaption of the classic story! The critically acclaimed musical adaption of J.M Barrie’s Peter Pan comes from the production company Stiles and Drew’s and is guaranteed to bring a smile to the whole family.  The show starts at 2pm and is on both Saturday and Sunday and tickets start from £13.50. Sarah Millican is bringing her Outsider tour to Brighton this weekend. Featured in Brighton Dome’s must sees, the stand up comic will be taking to the stage this Thursday and Friday this later this week.

Big Deal
There is a Big Deal at Hope and Ruin this weekend

Californian indie band Big Deal are playing at the Hope and Ruin. This is a great way to support the live music scene in Brighton, and with such an up and coming band it will be a great night out. Tickets start at £8.50.
